After dealing with the LivBetes and making no progress on my weight, I changed doctors and got prescribed manjouro. Once I started reading about what it actually was, it began to work, and I started looking into what might support my better health journey. What's interesting is that aside from the diabetes diagnosis 4 years ago, I've always been pretty healthy, though I've been overweight for quite a while. With that in mind, I keep researching down the rabbit hole to figure out how to optimize this journey. 3 months into this chapter, I'm down about 13 pounds, and my sugars are between 100-150, which is 100 points lower than where they've been for the past couple of years. I'm here to keep researching, find information, and share what I've learned so far
