Hey everyone, checking in from a very rural part of Missouri.

After stumbling onto this forum, I've spent the past few weeks reading and lurking. The telemedicine companies had pulled me in, just like they have with others here, and I was hunting for a different route. The amount of knowledge shared in these threads really is incredible.

Years back, I dropped 100 lbs the hardest possible way — enduring severe calorie cutting and hitting the gym 7 days a week (no GLP or peptides involved). That was roughly 10 years ago, before I ended up with a desk job and far less free time because of other obligations. I'm eager to use what I pick up here to get myself back to the condition I had back in those days.

Greetings from a fellow Midwesterner. About 10 years back, I also managed to lose weight through diet and exercise. I stuck to it strictly and, with a lot of effort, kept the weight off for more than a year. Eventually, I fell back into old patterns and the pounds came back. Now, 10 years older, shedding weight was even tougher. GLPs smoothed out the journey. I used lower doses as a helper. Calorie cutting, tracking what I eat, and working out make up the other helpers. During the past year, I've returned to a healthy weight and noticed lots of health gains. I'm more conscious of the mental choices that caused the regain before, and I feel very sure I can keep the weight off this time (with careful attention). Sorry that was longer than I meant to write, but you can do this. Helpers exist. Do the work. Spend time learning and tuning into your body. Congrates on starting.

It's nice meeting another person from Missouri. I'm also just starting out. The amount of information here is huge. I haven't made my first grey order yet. There's a lot I still need to figure out.

Another person from the midwest checking in! Losing weight with no chemical help is a real slog, so having reta smooth the process this time is something I'm genuinely appreciating.

Hello, I'm another new face here! There's a great deal to absorb, so I'll keep reading and exploring since there's so much to work through.

Great job on dropping 100lbs! Back when I was much younger, I managed to shed 50lbs, and it required a ton of patience and hard work. Once you pick up more knowledge, I’m confident you’ll reach your target weight!
