Hello! I’ve actually been on this site for a while as a lurker but never posted. I actually lost my old log in so had to create a new one. I’ve been on my GLP journey for about 1 year now and have never felt or looked better. Food finally doesn’t control me and that’s an amazing feeling after battling the bulge and seeing my weight go from 130-230 and everything in between for the past 30+ years. I’ve settled into a comfortable 120 pounds and no longer have to meal prep, count micros and macros, and exercise 2 hours every day. Life changing. On a personal note I have an active 9 year old, a couple of dogs, love plants and knitting and work in healthcare. Happy to meet everyone and finally say hello
