Hey all! This particular board is new territory for me ~ though the peptide/GLP space is something I know well. My research and use of retatrutide has produced really solid results, so this protocol is what I'll continue with for the foreseeable future. My starting weight was 285lbs, and I'm now at 219lbs.
 
That's great to hear! What's your duration on reta so far? I'm thinking about trying reta too — right now I'm at 220 and my goal is 170. My glucose levels have begun creeping up, so I'm hoping it can assist with that as well.

8 months in, and during December I paused for 21 days (which brought back 7lbs).

My dose climbed to 6mg, though these days I run 4mg plus 2mg Tirz for added hunger control -

what I'm currently taking is

4mg Reta

2mg Tirz

1mg Mots-c every day (3-5mg when lifting)

250mcg/250mcg CJC/IPA

175mg Test E
 
What's the reasoning behind combining reta and tirz instead of simply raising the reta dose? I've used both. Tirz was when I had a prescription for it, but now I'm getting reta from online vendors. Looking for a reliable bulk supplier in the US.

to be straightforward, I've got a supply that'll last several years. The goal was simply to squeeze every bit out of 4mg of Reta. Once I bumped it to 6mg though, my stomach wasn't happy. But with a little Tirz added in, my stomach's been fine, and I haven't hit a stall yet.

This is what I’m taking right now:

trt

reta

tesa

GLOW - thinking about changing to each pep. on its own

IGF-LR3 - may drop it once this bottle is done, since Tesa is already in the mix.

5-Amino-MQ1 - ran out, so I’m currently in the middle of sourcing more

I just bought 1 bottle of semax to test it out and decide whether it’ll become part of my protocol.
