Hi,
This whole thing is brand new to me. In the past I gave Wegovy a try for a brief stretch — roughly 3 months — until my employee insurance stopped covering it. Now I'm considering Reta/cagri, but honestly I have no idea what I'm doing and truly need to begin with the fundamentals. I've been lurking here the last few days and picked up some knowledge, though I still have to work out the absolute basics: how to turn powder into liquid, the ratios, and the dosage amounts for administering it. I've got about 60 pounds to lose, and my main goal is getting off high blood pressure meds and feeling better overall — physically, since I deal with a lot of inflammation, and mentally too. From what I've gathered so far, slow and steady plus consistency seems to be what wins with the Reta journey. I'm hoping to learn enough to get started sooner rather than later. Any tips anyone wants to share would be appreciated, and I'll keep reading post after post!
