Hi everyone, it's great to have come across this community!! Plenty of helpful information here. I'm eager to swap stories and pick up new ideas to experiment with!!
Some context: my fitness path started 2 years ago. I've dropped 220lbs total — 180lbs of that came from keto across a year and a half, and for the last 6months I've been running a triz protocol, and I'm now looking at adding more peptides/reta. I'm a 6ft guy who went from 395lbs down to 184lbs. At 38, I feel better than I probably ever have. I'm at the gym 5/6 days each week, and after recent blood work showed low free t and bio t alongside high shgb, I'm starting down the peptide road.
My starting approach is the combo everyone praises. Reta/klow/ and once I have IGF-1 results, likely tesa/ipa. Then at some point, possibly even ahead of tesa, I might add hgh to see whether it moves my t levels at all. My total t sits in range but the rest of the panel is off, and I can feel it in my libido — something that was never an issue for me until lately.
I'll almost certainly also run the ss-31/mots-c/ nad+ protocol too. My triz provider has been supplying NAD+ alongside my triz for months, which gave a welcome lift out of the triz slump.
What I'm mainly after is holding my weight steady while shedding some remaining fat, with a real emphasis on building muscle. Any wisdom or personal experience that could help me in this next chapter would be greatly appreciated!! Looking forward to learning from all of you!!!
