Dropped by to gather real-world info straight from users, not from influencer types. I'm a 54M; my labs and DNA came back looking solid except for a genetic tendency toward diabetes and Alzheimer's. Add to that a T level of 500, when I'd prefer 800. That's a separate goal.

Right now Reta, NAD+ and Glow are treating me extremely well. I'm about to add Tesa, Ipa, Mots-c, SS-31, Selank and Semax to the mix. A few of those are for verification purposes, while others are meant to keep growth in check alongside fat loss.

2 months in, I've dropped 20lbs on 1.25MG of reta weekly, 50mg NAD+ every day and 7MG (30 units) of Glow daily. I went past 100MG of NAD+ and barely felt a difference in the boost, so that was a waste. My GLOW dose is above what most people use, I realize, but from what I can find it's still within safe range. The early appetite-suppressing effect from reta is fading. During month 1 I had no desire at all for junk food. These days food noise shows up now and then, though I still get full faster than I used to. My guess is my body has caught on to the calorie deficit. I've only got roughly 10lbs left before I hit goal weight or start losing muscle. Pretty pleased with what this small stack has done, but wow does this escalate fast. Honestly, this brief run reminds me of the movie Dopesick!

I'm eager to try the nootropics Semax and Selank. May also test other brain compounds such as Cerebrolysin and Epitalon. If any of you have used these, please chime in with your experiences. Thanks ahead of time for the friendly welcome!

Appreciate you laying out what you've been through. I've got my eye on Reta, and maybe Glow/Klow too. The reason for Reta would be weight, while G/K would be for recovery — my hope is it could do something for the damage in my back and nerves, though I still have plenty of reading to do before I know.

Fingers crossed the snow wasn't too rough on you.

Haha ... snow doesn't bother me, I'm accustomed to it! If I were starting fresh .... TB, BPC and Ghk-cu would each be bought on their own. At the very least, grab a wolverine stack so I can take plenty of those without injecting too much copper.

Reta has been quite a ride. At my low dose, not a single side effect has hit me. Weight is still coming off, though with my fat reserves getting smaller it has tapered somewhat. Thinking we can drop 20lbs without any effort is wild. Getting enough protein in is the toughest piece.

Every time Reta comes up, it sounds more and more like some kind of miracle research chemical 🙂 One reason I joined this forum is to look past all the hype. Looking forward to giving it a shot whenever the timing feels right.

What does your GLOW cycle look like? If you decide to run them separately, would you combine them or inject each one on its own?
