I've noticed that folks from India who buy a lot of this product aren't very common around here.

In any case, a friend and I were able to pull it off, and I began Retatrutide roughly 2-3 months back. So far, it's turned out to be a worthwhile pursuit.

My knowledge here is pretty limited (and I don't feel bad about that—everyone is in the dark about 99.9% of what humans know), but what's the deal with medicines in India? In my head it's a total free-for-all, where you can just walk into a pharmacy and pick up pretty much whatever you want, though realistically I figure the rules and how strictly they're applied differ from one state or territory to another. Would love to get the real story straight from someone who's actually there.

The wild west label doesn't quite fit, though things are certainly less strict here than in the US or Europe. There are rules in place — the Central Drugs Standard Control Organization operates under the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 — meaning a prescription is technically required for plenty of medications. Enforcement, however, varies widely in practice. Smaller pharmacies in many areas tend to hand over common meds, and other meds as well, with minimal fuss, whereas larger chains and hospitals usually stick to the rules more closely. So it kindaa of comes down to the location you choose.
