Hi everyone,

I just joined this forum, so I thought I’d give a short introduction and say something about what I’ve been going through lately. My life includes Type 1 Diabetes, and Retatrutide has been part of my routine for four months now.

For me, the changes so far have been pretty striking. My HbA1c has improved dramatically (3%), the amount of insulin I need each day has gone down a lot, and I’ve also dropped roughly 15kg (33lbs).

Beyond that, I’ve lately begun trying KPV to observe whether it has any effect on my seborrheic dermatitis, although I’m only at the beginning of watching how that goes.

I’d really like to get in touch with people whose health situation resembles mine or who are dealing with comparable treatments. Swapping experiences, comparing notes, and finding out more about how you’ve handled these parts of your health would be great.

Hope to hear from you!

Hey, what's going on? I'm from Germany too and began reta today.

What was it like when you first started reta — did you notice anything on day 1, or did it come later?
On day 1 I barely noticed anything, maybe nothing at all, but my resting heart rate climbed 5-10 bpm. By day 2 my appetite had vanished entirely. My starting dose was 1mg, which turned out far too strong in my case, so for the following 6 weeks I used 0.5mg. No sides.

Ein herzliches Willkommen von einer Landsfrau, die beim Thema Peptide noch komplett am Anfang steht. 😉

Hi everyone,

I’m new to this forum and wanted to briefly introduce myself and share a bit about my recent journey. I’m living with Type 1 Diabetes and four months ago, I started taking Retatrutide.

The results so far have been quite remarkable for me. I’ve seen a drastic improvement in my HbA1c (3%), my total daily insulin requirements have decreased significantly and I’ve lost about 15kg (33lbs) as well.

In addition to that, I’ve recently started experimenting with KPV to see how my seborrheic dermatitis reacts to it, though I’m still in the early stages of observing that.

I am really interested in connecting with others who might have a similar health profile or are navigating similar treatments. I’d love to exchange experiences, compare notes, and learn more about how you’ve managed these aspects of your health.

Looking forward to hearing from you!

I'm researching peptides on behalf of a friend who deals with seborric dermatitis too. What kind of results have you seen up to now?

Really? From only 0.5mg?

That was my starting dose too, and it didn't do much for me. Slow titration is fine by me, but the first effects only showed up once I hit 1mg/week.

Nice work on your progress, from another European!

Thanks. I went up by 0.5mg every 4-6 weeks, capping at 2.5mg. Right now I'm stepping down by 0.5mg every 3 weeks so I can watch what happens as I return to 0mg.

Not close to a cure, but KPV has helped the most so far. I managed to reduce my cortisone from 3 applications a week down to once every 3-4 weeks, and that has made a significant difference to my overall wellbeing. Still aiming to get it to zero though.
