Hi everyone, I’m new to GLPs and I’m starting to look into whether peptides are a good fit for me!

I really appreciate all of you who share here and give people like me who are just starting out such helpful info!

I live close by. For me, this site has been incredibly useful.

My journey began with Reta, and I committed fully. Within 90 days, I feel 10 years younger

That's really great to hear! I actually put in my very first Reta order just last week — this forum helped steer me the right way, and I'm really excited about it.

Begin at the smallest dose that is advised, then raise it gradually until you begin to see effects. Once you reach a point where progress stalls, increase it slightly and hold there. Frequently, doctors will escalate the dose too fast, though it is also true that they usually treat a clinical group for whom stronger measures might be justified.

At my most recent appointment, that was something I appreciated about my APRN. Rather than sticking strictly to a schedule, she had me adjust the dose according to how I responded and any side effects I experienced. A few years back, my wife was prescribed Wegovy, took it on the fixed dosing plan, and ended up in urgent care with an obstruction!

We also discussed peptide therapy quite a bit, including possible risks and which blood work should be done.

And OP, welcome to the forum!
