Hi everyone, I've spent a bit more than 12 months using authentic Mounjaro (Tirz) quikpens right here in the UK.
I'm a 58-year-old man, down 20kg / 44lbs, and my BMI sits at 25 now — the loss has been gradual and steady.
I reached 10mg of Tirz, gave 12.5 a go but it left me feeling rough. These days I'm on 7.5 and thinking about stepping down to 5mg while adding 2mg of Reta, partly to gauge how the glycogen effect feels and partly for maintenance, since I'd be glad to drop another 5-10 pounds.

So an RT30 kit is currently on its way to me. It arrived in the UK 5 days after I ordered, and I've got Royal Mail tracking now, so it ought to show up this week.
I've already sorted Hospira Bac from within the UK, along with needles, vials and so on.
