The gym is my top hobby, and I've been through several bulk and cut cycles. I've managed to get lean in the past without glp1's, but I figured that if there are tools out there that can make a cut less of a grind, then why wouldn't I use them? Weight loss itself isn't hard for me—I can always stick to a calorie deficit and keep eating right—but the mental side gets tough when I'm trying to shed those last few body fat percentages, so that's what brought me here.

After discovering this forum 10 weeks ago, I managed to get Retatrutide and have dropped around 5.5kg since then, with roughly 2kg left to lose. On here, I mostly follow gym and fitness discussions, plus how glp1's have assisted people in a bodybuilding setting.

Nice job! I'm basically only at the beginning of my own path. There's still plenty to accomplish, but progress is what matters

Hi from a fellow Englander! I came across this forum just a couple days back, but I'm still finding it hard to figure out which suppliers are the best, which payment types are accepted, and so on.

Good to hear from you. Reta has worked for me. Is it okay for me to ask which supplier you went with, or does that break some kind of rule? I'm also still trying to get the hang of the new user rules 😂

I suppose naming the exact one I went with isn't permitted, though it came from this site's 'vendor connections' section. Browse through a few of the vendor reviews to figure out your pick. Payment-wise, I used bitcoin via a coinbase account, and that process was quite straightforward.

Once probation is over, naming the vendor you went with becomes possible. Simply take part in ordinary discussions, and that will come around fairly soon.

One thing I do want to caution you about, though: don't transfer bitcoin straight out of coinbase (or paypal/venmo). Eventually every vendor's wallet ends up flagged, and when that happens, exchanges such as Coinbase tend to freeze the accounts of people who sent money to that vendor not long before. The way around it is to move funds from coinbase into a separate wallet you hold the keys to. (Exodus is the one most people here go for.) After that, you pay the vendor out of that wallet.

Hey mate. Good to spot another Britto keeping the numbers up. Yeah, I’ve picked up a ton since joining, even though it hasn’t been that long. I’ve just placed my 1st order as well, so we’ll see how that turns out. Great to meet you, and hopefully we’ll chat soon n about how things are going, mate

Hey @Bunny1805 so until you've gone through the forum rules (or given them another look), new members aren't able to discuss vendors and similar topics. If you ask about vendors while still new, that restriction stays in place. The point is to pick things up through the forum and actually engage with everyone, instead of having information handed to you (not suggesting that's what you're up to, by the way). It's basically a way of showing others that you're making an effort to fit in and learn.

Keep talking with other new members and your probation will be over before long.

Glad to have you here, and it sounds like you're making solid headway. Absolutely, checking vendor reviews is the smart move—they definitely kept me from wasting cash when I first started out.

Hey @Bunny1805 yeah newbies can’t talk about vendors etc yet if you haven’t already read (or even reread) the rules on the forum post as asking for vendors etc whilst new keeps you restricted. The idea is to use the forum to learn and effectively communicate with the group rather than being spoon fed the info (not saying you’re doing that btw). I suppose it just shows the people that you’re trying to integrate and learn etc.

Keep chatting to fellow newbies and you’ll soon be off probati

thats the plan, im learning very very slowly just made a coinbase account, gotta wait 24hrs tho before any sort of trades, Then im told to get an exodus account, so presuming i fund my new coinbase then ship my funds to exodus then onto my chosen supplier ? Im liking the idea of transferring like £5 worth to ensure it works before sending over full funds hearing lots of worrying storys across our wonderful forum

Which section would you say is the top one for vendor reviews, mate? I've been going through every one of those threads, attempting to match them against janoshik, plus the scammers who fiddle with test results for profit at Finnrisk testing, just so I can double-check everything properly

Doing both (reviews+janoshik) would be my call if the budget allows — probably overkill, but the peace of mind is worth it, haha.

That's great, dude. Right now I'm still researching, though I'm constantly on the lookout for fresh approaches to keep that food-focused mindset away during those final few lbs, when your only thought is when the next meaI will arrive.

Greetings, another person checking in from the UK.

Nice work on what you've achieved up to now. The amount of material available here is huge — I spent a few weeks reading without posting, and only signed up yesterday. There's still plenty left to look into before I'd feel confident enough to dive into crypto and actually buy something.
