Hi everyone! 🌸

I previously used semagluties (wegovy) and found it really beneficial. Watching the pounds come off genuinely kept me going at the gym. But after 3 month I had to stop because it was simply too expensive to continue. That was roughly a year and a half ago, so I've basically put all the weight back on.

I've given diet and exercise a go, but sticking with it is hard for me, and food noise is a massive problem.

Now I want to begin retatrutide, so I'm here to find out about dosing, how dilutions work, and everything else I need to know about using this product. I'm a total noob, so any tips and advice at all would be great!

Hi Verriyyy, welcome aboard. Over here the prices have jumped, so just so you know — if you ever go the grey route and pick up a 'kit', that kit contains 10x vials, and the cost of those 10x vials comes in below what 1 wegovy pen used to set you back, which is wild.

As for Retatrutide, right now it's the top GLP product out there, BUT at the lower starting doses it likely won't suppress food noise the way wegovy/mounjaro do, so that's 1 point to bear in mind. That's exactly why I'm moving away from mounjaro (Tirzepatide) personally, though I still use a small weekly amount of mounjaro together with my Reta, purely to keep the food noise under control. My current routine is 2.5mg of Tirz per week plus 4mg of Reta per week. I'm not telling you that you should or must follow this, only that it's an option worth remembering if Reta doesn't silence the food noise for you.

Good luck

Has anyone noticed anhedonia while running Tirz + Reta together? I'm thinking about stacking the same combo. My plan would be low-dose Tirz for the long haul plus reta cycles every so often.

Right now I'm on 3mg of reta each week, and it's the first GLP I've ever used. Incredible medication

About Anhedonia — I had no clue what that term meant! I had to look it up online. I doubt it, I can't say for certain, but I haven't noticed any reduction in how much I enjoy or feel driven to do the activities I used to do, at least not to any level that stands out.
