Hi everyone,

I'm interested in learning more about different options that might be helpful to me. Was overweight at 330 lb and after a few years got to 270 lb but, have plateaued for a while and have a long way to go.

Been a lurker for a bit and figured id finally register. Probably going to keep reading as much as possible. Seems their are a ton of posts and it's almost overwhelming trying to figure out where to start.

Peptides are definitely a rabbit hole to go down for sure. think about building a house, starting with a good foundation. Get your diet, sleep and exercise in order as they will amplify the results of any peptide you try. If you have questions where to start feel free to reach out and I could offer some information for you to use on your journey. Good luck and stick with it!

Welcome! And congrats on losing 60 lbs already, that’s a huge accomplishment. I definitely understand what you mean about all the information feeling overwhelming. There’s so much to read here lol. I’m new to the forum too and have just been taking my time reading through different posts and learning as I go. Glad you decided to join, and wishing you the best with breaking through that plateau and reaching your goals! 😊

I started at 450 lbs and today I'm about where you are now. I can definitely understand the feeling of having a long way to go, but at the same time I feel like every pound/kg gets A LOT more noticeable now. The paper roll effect and all that, I just figure that the most important step is always the next one.
