Hey everyone, happy to join this community.
For roughly 12 months, my regimen has included Zepbound, followed by compounded tirz.
My starting point was clinically obese, with a BMI of 33.
It was life-changing for me, since my sleep apnea got resolved. Now I can actually sleep and feel rested when I wake up.
I also began GHK-CU, mostly because I was worried about loose skin, hoping it would improve things somewhat.
At this point, I've lost the majority of the weight, but a DEXA scan reveals I'm still carrying a significant amount of visceral fat.
Therefore, my plan is to use Reta for 2-3 months to eliminate that visceral fat, then return to tirz, which genuinely works very well in my case.
