I'm Jon, a 41-year-old gay man in Denver, hoping to grow what I know. Semaglutide helped me shed pounds, and now I want to build on that. Specifically, two paths interest me... longevity and building muscle. I'm up for trying new things, but I'd rather not waste the effort.
