Hey everyone,
I'm a 21-year-old guy, and I reached a point where I knew a real change had to happen. When I began, I weighed 330 lbs. These days I'm at 280 lbs, which means 50 pounds have come off so far. Getting down to 220 lbs is what I'm aiming for, and I won't stop until I'm there.
At the moment, retatrutide (reta) is part of my routine at 4 mg once a week. Alongside that, I'm eating better and shifting my lifestyle in ways I can keep up with over the long haul.
Joining this forum is about tracking my progress, being upfront about the good and bad parts, and picking up things from people walking a similar path. Expect updates from me on what's helping, whatever obstacles come up, and hopefully some milestones worth celebrating too.
Can't wait to meet you all and take in what this community has to share!
