Hey everyone, I just joined. Peptides have been part of my routine for roughly 9 months now.

What I'm running at the moment:

Reta - 1mg per week, for keeping weight steady plus general health perks

Ipamorelin alongside CJC-1295 No DAC, only recently added. 250mcg@ each night before sleep. Picked up how much BAC water ph matters so this touchy blend doesn't turn cloudy.

Earlier on I ran a few cycles of Glow, and I'm considering putting GHK-cu into the Ipamorelin blend for the upcoming batch. According to the peptide mix chart it seems compatible. My hunch is that worries about copper reactivity are largely overblown. After copper gets bound within the GHK motif, it looks redox-silent at physiological pH unless a potent oxidant (H₂O₂, O₂•–) shows up. - Research demonstrating copper-peptides catalytically oxidising other molecules relied on high peroxide levels, 30 % H₂O₂ or laser UV-light—situations that don't occur inside a reconstituted vial or a syringe .

Epitalon + DSIP taken intranasally, 500mcg before bed (10mg epitalon + 10mg disp + 4ml salt water = 250mcg of each per snoot)

Semax and Selank, intranasally as well.

Melanotan 1 - upkeep dose weekly (500mcg) right now. Whenever I get sun exposure, then it's typically two or three times per week.

I take a fair number of nootropics too: bromantane, noopept, phenylpiracetam, emoxipine, lion's mane, etc.

Glad to be here and join in!

Thanks

Also new around here, welcome aboard! My personal pick is the KLOW blend, and GHK appears to be doing a little something for my skin and hair lately. Reta, Tirz, and Ipamorelin have all been life changing in my case.

So far have you only gone with Melanotan 1, or did you give Melanotan 2 a shot as well? I picked up a couple vials of the 2 after figuring I'd researched enough, and now I'm second-guessing whether I ought to grab Melanotan 1 and begin with that instead. I'm on night shifts, so Sun exposure is basically nil for me.

For Epitalon or Dsip, have you only used the nasal route so far, or have you injected as well? I went with injections for both and felt absolutely nothin, zero, nada, zilch.

I'm not taking mt myself, but based on what I've looked into, it comes with some fairly intense side effects, and mt1 appears to be much milder
I noticed that MT1 has FDA approval for some kind of light-related condition? I'm leaning toward testing a small dose of what I have for a while to observe the results. There's no skin cancer in my family, and I have very few freckles or moles, just fair skin, but I still need to monitor it. If it helps even a little, I might put money into the MT1

Welcome and

HI! Colorado is my home state as well.

Right now I'm waiting on some empty spray bottles so I can give Epithalon a try. Intranasal Selank, though, without a doubt made a difference with my depression.

When it comes to mushrooms, fresh lions mane sautéed in a bit of butter is hands down the MOST incredible brain booster I have ever come across. You're in boulder? I'd bet the good stuff is easy to find up there. I used to grow my own, and I miss that. These days there's no space for it, but my local Natural Grocers is just beginning to carry them. YAY!

Nope — the approved one is afamelanotide. It's related, but it isn't the same thing. Just be certain your mt1 dose is correct, since you don't want to end up too dark.

I signed up on this platform partly because I expected the information to be more reliable than what I find on Reddit. When it comes to protocols and advice on new things I'm considering, I continue to consult my Peptide Dr. (telehealth).

Greetings, I'm also pretty new around here. I'd like to hear about how Bromantane has worked for you and what you think of it. It caught my attention because, honestly, Semax and Selank haven't had much effect on me. Do you have any thoughts to share?

MT1 is the only one I bother with — it strikes me as less risky than mt2. Getting any color took a few weeks and some time in the sun, yet the tan came out well and has stuck around, despite the fact that I've gone months without sun exposure.

Epi/dsip - subq dsip on its own didn't do much for me. Stacked together, though, deep sleep duration looks like it's getting longer

For the past 18 months I've been climbing the ladder of sleep medications, and at this point almost nothing does the job. I might need to give these 2 another look, though via the intranasal route. I know that sounds rough, but I'm going ahead with it anyway.

Wishing you success! A few pointers for getting the most out of that delivery method:

For MT1, if it's okay to ask, how much do you take and on what schedule? I've got some on hand and am looking to begin, but the info I keep finding doesn't line up.

On days I can get 30 minutes of sunlight, I take 500mg roughly 15 minutes beforehand, no more than three times per week (typically every other day). I skip dosing on the days in between when sun exposure isn't possible, and three times a week is the ceiling. Dosing only happens prior to exposure. (Though right now, during the off season, I've been taking 500mg once a week without any sun, and it appears to be keeping the tan around longer.)

It took a few weeks before results showed, but the tan looks natural
