Hey all! After spending some time reading through posts here quietly and soaking up whatever knowledge I could, I figured it was time to actually jump in and participate!

Yesterday marked my very first Reta injection. I was really anxious about it, but hearing all of your experiences made such a difference, and the tips everyone has offered are incredibly helpful.

I'm still working on understanding grey, but I'm hoping to figure it out eventually and pick up plenty more from all of you along the way!

Hey there, fellow Canadian — nice work on getting your first shot done! Mine is still a couple weeks off, and honestly I'm feeling a mix of excitement and nerves about it.

Wishing you a trouble-free experience with it!!

In March I'm heading to Canada, specifically Calgary, with a flight departing from Los Angeles 🙂 Accompanying me will be my tirzepatide plus 2 other peptides, each contained in its own injection pen. Would there likely be any problems when I enter Canada carrying those pens?

One more Canuck checking in. My first 2 weeks were at 2mg weekly, but eating became a struggle, so I've stepped it back to 1mg. Taking it easy at the start is the plan for sure!

At 1mg, the food noise is completely gone, yet I can still reach my daily calorie target.
