Hi all,

I recently came across this forum, and I'm glad to join in. Whenever I can add something useful or share what I've learned, I'll do so.

Over a 20 year span, I've pretty much run every kind of gear there is, orals and injectables alike, and TRT has been part of my routine for no less than the past 10 years. Since roughly 2020, I've also cycled HGH and HCG on and off.

My peptides journey began a couple of years back. PT-141 was the first, then came TB-500, BPC-157, GHK-Cu, Reta, Semax, and NAD+ across the last year or so. Since early March I've been off all of it, and it's clear that some old problems are creeping back. Come May, I might restart once I've gotten a full blood panel done in a few weeks, so I can compare where my markers stand.

Bloodwork is something I do every 3–6 months, before and after cycles, to see how my numbers shift. Plus, I have good friends working in healthcare who go over my bloodwork with me on a regular basis.

So that's my intro in a nutshell. I'll answer posts whenever I manage to log in.

If anyone wants to talk about any of the peptides I've run, I'm open to that too.

It sounds like you’ve tried a wide range of things, and having folks with hands-on knowledge around is always a plus. Staying on top of your bloodwork and having people in healthcare review everything means you’re well ahead of those who dive into this without looking.

Peptides have been getting a lot of attention recently, so I’m sure many will want to hear your take. Just knowing what you experienced while on and off each one helps others work out what might be worth looking into.

Welcome in — it sounds like you're arriving with a wealth of experience.

Not many folks can say they've had that sort of extended run across gear, TRT, HGH, and peptides, so what you bring to the table here will matter — particularly since you're genuinely monitoring bloodwork rather than relying on how you feel.

It's also worth noting that you're picking up on things returning once you stopped — plenty of people wonder about that, yet it often goes undocumented.

Smart move getting labs done prior to restarting. That kind of before/after comparison is exactly where the real value shows up.

Happy to have you here — absolutely chime in on the threads, I reckon a lot of members will gain from what you've learned 👍

Exactly, having more than 6 months of experience is valuable. As for me, I began Reta together with Test 300 mg once my blood work came back showing a total test around 400.

I'm 24, and after turning 20 I noticed my libido dropping year by year, along with my motivation and energy. Not a single doctor bothered to check my test — they just told me to eat better.

After 2 months on Test and Reta I've been feeling much better, even while running a significant calorie deficit.

I'm curious which peptides you'd say made the biggest difference for you over the past year.

Which gear & peptides ranked highest for the results you were after? Which ones had the fewest side effects? And which gave the best improvements in bloodmarkers?

I'm curious to hear your take: oral versus the injections.
Both advantages and drawbacks exist

Did you notice anything with the GHK-CU50 ?

I used 3-4mg for 3 months and can't really see any change.

thank you! I lived on gear forums for a long time and learned from the OG’s and now I’m privileged to share my experiences good, bad and ugly for the

I made plenty of errors on my own previously and picked up a few lessons the difficult way. It makes me really happy that these days far more research is available than when I first began gear — back then it was 90% bro science!

How did TB-500 & BPC-157 go for you? I've seen a ton of mixed reports lol
Boxing and heavy lifting left me with a bunch of minor tears and injuries, but TB+BPC wiped out all the pain. Last year my lower back couldn't handle deadlifting anymore, so I stopped — I tried stretching, chiro, physio, everything you can think of, and none of it worked. About a month into TB and BPC, I was back to deadlifting, and since then I've been able to do plenty of lower back exercises.

Did the GHK-CU50 do anything for you?

I took 3-4mg over 3 months and honestly haven't noticed a difference.
My routine was 5mg on alternate days, and it definitely made a difference for my skin — the baggy eyes went away... Since I stuck with it for just 6 weeks, my experience is pretty limited. I've just placed an order for enough to last a 6 month run, so we'll find out how that goes!

That's wonderful news, happy it was effective for you.

As for me, I took 3mg daily over the course of 2 months and honestly didn't see much of a difference.

My under-eyes aren't puffy, though they do have discoloration, and GHK made no improvement there.
