Hi everyone, I ended up here after falling down a tesa rabbit hole, since I've only come across amazing feedback about it. I gave Sem a shot for 3 months and the results were decent, but the side effects were awful for me. This month I made the switch to Reta and it's going well so far, currently just at 2mg/week plus GHkcu 2mg/daily.

Switched my reta dose to 3mg each week, and I'm doing 2mg of tessa every night, with KLOW the same way. On top of that, I've introduced 2.5mg of MOTS-C (I've come across mixed advice about whether to begin at 2.5mg or go directly to 5mg). Also, in case anyone comes across this (I'm still not allowed to post in other sections 🙁 ), I've read that it should only be used 3x per week AND on workout days, but the problem is I can only train from sat-tuesday... so what would be a good schedule for that? I'd really appreciate any suggestions 🙂

Also in CA & stuck posting in the intro area until newbie status lifts. GHK-CU is part of my routine too, cycled 5 on / 2 off. Still weighing up MOTS-C, though NAD+ is definitely going into the lineup.

Awesome, glad you're on the Reta path. Background on me: I've done 92 Tirzepatide injections, wrapping up at 12mg 1 month back, and after that I moved over to Reta, 6 shots so far and going well, began at 1mg, moved up to 2mg, then 4mg, plus I split it into 2 shots per week, half each time, the food noise effect is something I like, nothing really to mention

After 4 weeks of SS-31, I moved straight to MOTS-C at 5mg, 3 times per week. My injection schedule was Mon, Wed, Fri., and I wasn't aware of pinning on training days.

That's a neat point—I went straight past SS-31. Up to now, the way I'd put it is that my battery capacity grew while the power I put out stayed the same (hope that comes across clearly). What's your take on training days when you're on it versus off it? I'm thinking Sat, Mon, Thurs for myself, mainly to keep the gaps even, and my 4 days/week kicks off on Saturdays.

Same here — it feels like every upside of semaglutide with 0 of the downsides so far. Weightloss seems ~30% slower, though for me there could be other things at play. Overall, nothing but good. how do you find the 2x2mg a week against the 4mg/week?

On days when I pinned versus days when I didn't, I noticed no distinction. While taking MOTS-C, my energy was somewhat higher in general. Not sufficient for me to repeat it. If I later find myself needing more energy, that could shift, but at present that isn't the situation.

I'm new here too, so this is the only place I can post. Last night I did my 1st injection of GLOW, and the spot where I injected now looks red and feels bruised. Did you get that same reaction from GHK-Cu?

Hey there, welcome aboard! I spent time living in the bay area before, though these days I'm over in NC. Anyway, my situation looks pretty close to yours: reta, MOTS-c, and KLOW. Honestly, I can't tell whether the MOTS-c is accomplishing anything. My daily amount is 1.33 mg. Possibly I ought to increase the units and space them out further..? When I dose it in the evening, I believe I've picked up on it being slightly tougher to fall asleep, but then again I deal with sleep issues anyway so.. Roughly 2 mg of reta each week for me, plus 10 units of KLOW 80 every day. Oh, and DSIP and Selank too. Those two, I actually think they're having an effect. What I'm working on now is getting free of a 20 year benzo habit.

How much are you injecting, how concentrated is the solution, which needle are you using, and how are you administering it? Early on when I started pinning peptides, I believe I saw a bit of bruising, though I suspect that's tied more to how it's done than to the peptide.

I mixed 2.5mg with 5mg of BAC water. For injection, I used a 30 unit insulin syringe (31 gauge, 8mm, 0.3 cc) and injected into my upper glute while seated.

GLOW comes in a 2.5 mg vial? That's news to me. Normally it's 70 mg packed into a 3 mL vial, and the standard move is to add 3 mL. So did you handle it differently? Or were you actually talking about 2.5 mg of GHK-Cu being part of the dose? I'm trying to figure out whether the water amount you used for reconstitution was simply too low. When I inject my glutes, I'm usually standing. No idea whether that changes anything meaningful.

On the syringe side - your pick is solid. Those work well for me too. Smaller doses are simpler to measure out, and the thinner needle ought to make the whole thing go more smoothly. If you've been pushing it in fast, maybe ease up. Giving the rig a moment to warm after you've drawn the sol'n might help as well.

At the start it worked for about 2 days, then it slowly tapered off. I've come across the idea that using smaller sizes might reduce bruising, though that's just word of mouth

up to now, MOTS-c has served as my substitute for a Preworkout; in my view, its half-life appears too short to warrant injecting it every night, though I should note that I've come across plenty of conflicting accounts from different individuals.

My mistake — the vial is 70mg, though what I'm actually pinning comes to 2.5mg. For my 2nd dose I was on my feet while injecting, and that seems to matter, since this time around I felt nothing at all.

Hey there — GHK-CU has given me a welt, a bruise, and a pretty nasty sting at different points (never all three together, though). The bruise happened because I nicked a vein, while the welt and the sting came down to not using enough BAC water with the pep. I picked that up from this forum and from reading around online. This past week was my 1st with more BAC water mixed into my GHK-CU, and so far there's been no welt and no sting — thank God for that.

When I first began using glow, I saw a bruise on a couple of early occasions. These days, that no longer happens. GLOW works well for me, though I've lately added KLOW into the mix and have been quite pleased with it.
