Just dropping in to greet the group. My research began roughly a month back, and so far the results have been excellent. Right now I'm looking into Reta, CJC-IPA (noDAC), GHK-cu, Mots-C & BPC-157. By the time my first child arrives (6 weeks from now), I want to have a healthier body and mind. I hit the gym 4 times per week and follow a diet high in protein and carbs. In the end, my main aim is to gain more knowledge and stay safe with the tools I'm researching.

Hello and welcome. I'm also pretty fresh here. The people in this community are wonderful, and the backing you get is tremendous. There's also a ton of knowledge to pick up. I was wondering, did you run ss-31 as a primer ahead of mots-c?

Greetings, glad you joined us. I'm a 55-year-old man based in Maine, and after half a year of peptide research I'm seeing good outcomes, so it's great to learn that you're putting in serious training, keeping nutrition on point, and preparing to become a dad. My cycles have included Tirz, Reta, Tesa, KLOW, and more recently SS-31, NAD+ and MOTS-s. This site holds plenty of useful information.

Initially that's what I had planned, however the typical 5mg per day amount put it beyond what I could afford. When I run Mots-C again, I will for sure give it a go.

Even so, my active energy has noticeably improved while I'm at the gym; my routine is to take it 30 minutes before training. On top of that, on days I dose in the morning, I notice a change that carries through the whole day too.

Appreciate it — what kind of results have you noticed from NAD+ and SS-31 so far?

That protocol has only been underway for a couple of weeks on my end, so I don't have anything to share yet.
