Hi all,

Finding this forum has made me glad — the amount of useful info in here is huge. A quick rundown on me: M58, a dad at 162Ibs, and weight was something I battled with once puberty hit. Right after high school I jumped straight into 16 weeks of military training, during which I dropped 45 pounds.

Once I got fit, my confidence went way up. From that point on I've tried to keep myself in shape, though my weight has gone up and down by 20 pounds across the years.

With age, though, finding the drive to train and stay in shape has gotten harder. On top of that, injuries crop up far more frequently now.

My reason for being here is to pick up whatever I can about glp and other peptides, so I can keep myself fit and bounce back from workouts and injuries.

Over a year ago I used Terz and reached my happy wieght of 155lbs. Not long ago I slipped back up to 169, so I restarted the Terz and felt nothing. Since then I've added Reta, and this week it has really kicked in — the food noise is gone and there's nausea. I might lower the dose a little.

Around here I'll mostly read rather than post. I'm sure there's a lot I can take away from all of you.

All the best to everyone.

Hey there!

Another member in the 50something range right here! Tirz has been part of my routine for roughly a month, and I'm down 20 pounds.

Reta does catch my attention, though Tirz has worked incredibly well in my case.

At the moment I'm running a stack of Tesa, Tirz, Semax/Selank (this combo has me feeling fantastic!), plus Glow! It's like I'm 25 all over again.

There's such a flood of information in this place. I dive deep into the threads and have picked up a ton!

Appreciate you getting back to me. One thing I left out when I introduced myself: I deal with Eczema, and it can flare up badly. My guess is that it's tied to some kind of inflammatory response, so I'll be looking through the threads about lowering inflammation, plus the glp posts

Check out the Glow or Klow peptides… they work wonders for your skin!

Speaking from my own experience, GHK-CU has been part of my routine and the results on my skin have been fantastic! I only made the change to Glow this week.

I'd appreciate any guidance on Klow — specifically, is it smarter to go with the blend or to put the components together myself? My rotator cuff has a minor tear that's been really stubborn and refuses to heal. It's been 5 months since the injury happened. An ortho surgeon evaluated me and surgery wasn't deemed necessary, but the ongoing discomfort is wearing me down. It would be great if something along the lines of Klow actually helped. If there's a superior option out there, I'm open to hearing about it. Thanks.

1) DIY mixing beats premade blends every single time. When a vendor puts together a blend, purity testing isn't possible, and they're fully aware of that. Tossing in lower-grade raws becomes an easy move, and you'd never be able to tell.

2) The peptides that actually promote healing are TB4 and bpc157, yet the amounts found in typical glow blends fall far short of what you'd need for any real healing effect. (i.e. 0.25-0.5 mg doses). For my own use, I run roughly 3mg/day of each over a couple weeks.
