I work nights as a med-surg nurse, and I live in Beirut. My first exposure to peps came roughly a year back, and I began reta in Sept 2025. From 120kg, I went down to 92kg over 2-3 months, with a 5-day-a-week gym routine and a steady calorie deficit backing that up, and I’ve now plateaued in the 90s. Words honestly fail me when it comes to how much better this change has made me feel.
