just dropping by to greet everyone! i'm just starting out with grey and want to pick up more tips for staying healthy. There's diabetes in my family, and my A1C had been climbing pretty high.

4 weeks on zep 2.5

2 weeks on tirz compound

my A1C has dropped a lot, plus 11 pounds!

haven't felt this good in decades!
