Hi everyone!
Based in Bangkok, Thailand, I spend a lot of time researching peptides.
When it comes to this subject, I'm still fairly much a beginner. Right now, Tirzapetide (T20) is the only thing I take.
My view is that peptides genuinely help, yet calling them a "magic pill (or magic shot, whatever)" would be wrong. What they do is support you along your biohacking/self-improvemnt path.
Alongside Tirzapetide, I hit the gym (6 to 7 training sessions weekly: 3 days of resistances training plus 3 to 4 days of cardio). Intermediate fasting (IF) on a 16/8 schedule. Snacks are out, no sodies, no alcohol. Just high protein and low carb wholefoods.
The results make the case on their own. At 189 cm tall, I weighed 105 kg. 2 months of Tirz, intensive gym, IF 16/8 and low carb diet brought me down to 93 kg. Blood pressure spikes used to hit me sometimes. These days they don't. Step by step, my overall health gets better. Still, 93 kg isn't the finish line. By BMI, that number actually remains a bit high. 85 kg is what I'm aiming for (83 would be ideal).
Adding CJC1295+Ipamorelin is something I'm considering next, since it should speed up recovery from gym sessions and get me to my goals faster.
It would be great to connect with other likeminded people in Bankok or anywhere in Thailand.
Cheers!
