Hello there!
I'm a passionate peptides researcher from Bangkok, Thailand.
I'm relatively new to this topic. I do only Tirzapetide (T20) at the moment.
I do believe that peptides do the trick but they are in no way a "magic pill (or magic shot, whatever). They just assist you in your biohacking/self-improvemnt journey.
I combine Tirzapetide with gym sessions (I do 6 to 7 training sessions weekly, 3 days of resistances training and 3 to 4 days of cardio). Intermediate fasting (IF) 16/8 schedule. I stop eating any snacks, no sodies, no alcohol. Only high protein and low carb wholefoods.
Results speak for themselves. I am 189 cm tall and my bodyweight was 105 kg. After 2 months of Tirz, intensive gym, IF 16/8 and low carb diet I managed to reduce my weight to 93 kg. Before I could have blood pressure spikes sometimes. Now I don't. My overall health gradually improves. Anyways, 93 kg is not a limit. Actually, this is still a little bit high according to BMI. My goal is 85 kg (ideally 83).
I think about adding next CJC1295+Ipamorelin which will help me to recover from gym sessions quickly and move faster to achive my goals.
I will be happy to connect with other likeminded people living in Bankok or anywhere in Thailand.
Cheers!
