Hello everyone,
My name is Tum, and I'm from Thailand.
I currently weigh 138 kg (304 lbs) and recently started my GLP-1 journey.
Just to share a little about the situation in Thailand: semaglutide is generally covered under the public healthcare system only for people with diabetes. Tirzepatide, on the other hand, is typically not covered, so most people have to pay for it entirely out of pocket.
I'm currently using tirzepatide while following a high-protein diet and working on building healthier, more sustainable habits. My goal is long-term weight loss and improving my overall health.
My English isn't very good, so I hope you'll forgive any mistakes I make. I've been reading this forum for a while and have already learned so much from everyone's experiences. I'm happy to finally join the community and look forward to learning and sharing my own progress along the way.
