Just getting into peptides. Came across this community after hearing about it. I've been reading various threads quietly in the background. About to pull the trigger on my initial order. Crypto and payment methods are still pretty new to me, so tips would be appreciated. Planning to begin with reta, then add tesa once I've gained more experience. My goal is overall weight loss since it's been a lifelong battle. I've been hitting the gym for 3 years and now want to concentrate on body recomp to drop the fat.

Welcome aboard — it sounds like the gym has already been a big part of your routine, which gives you a solid base to build on. Recomping the body is often a drawn-out road, yet the fact that you train consistently already gives you an edge. The peptide world has plenty to take in, so give yourself room to read through the threads and get comfortable with it all. Happy you came across this community, and I'm eager to follow along as your journey unfolds.

Glad to have you here. Reta has worked well for me — I dropped about 20kg over 8 months. I also take Tesa at 1,5mg each day. Honestly, I’m not sold on it. Water retention has been a problem. Could be that it gets more praise than it deserves, we’ll find out 🙂

From San Antonio's perspective, Austin is pretty close, haha. Reta is something I picked up only last month, and between my running and gym routine, my weight and body composition have started shifting. At the start of my weight loss journey I was at 200lbs. Getting below 185 was a real fight until Reta entered the picture. These days, early morning weigh-ins show 175. Tesa has crossed my radar, but sticking with Reta by itself at a low dose feels right for me personally; I reached 4mg and am simply riding that out for a single cycle. Those sulfur burps are something I can do without.

For targeting visceral fat, would a few months of reta on its own be the better call, or does stacking it with tesa make more sense?

Reta and Tesa can be stacked together. Begin at a low dose. Water retention along with numbness in the hands and feet can result from Tesa. Locate the optimal dose that avoids side effects. Keep at it for a minimum of 12 weeks.

New to peptides. Heard about it and found this forum. Been lurking around and reading through different threads. Gonna get ready to make my first purchase. Still a newbie to crypto and making payments so any advice would be helpful. Gonna start off with reta and stack with tesa later as I become more experienced.
