Hey everybody, I'm 36, a dad to 3 kids, and by January 2025 I'd had enough of being unhappy with my appearance and the way I felt. I got into a routine at the Planet Fitness near me pretty fast, and Noom taught me how to track calories. I dropped about 50 lbs the traditional route, but it kept getting harder to keep going, so I talked to my doctor, who suggested Zepbound. My insurance shot it down, and sadly I hold grudges 
, so I decided I'd find my own way onto a GLP-1.
That led me to Retatrutide, and I've been using it for 9 weeks at this point. I've spent a lot of time reading posts here quietly, and I finally chose to join properly, so I'm here to keep learning and meet new people in this space. There are a few new peps I want to experiment with, but first I'm trying to get the hang of crypto so I can help myself in this area. I'm glad to be part of this and I'll try not to be a pain
In case it's relevant, my SW was 275 - my CW is 208 - and honestly I have no idea what my GW ought to be lol
