I started my fitness journey in 2018. I was 325lbs. Glp-1 were not a thing I knew of. I was sick of what I had become and did keto for 2 years losing. 90 lbs in the process. After I lost that amount of weight I wanted to start going to the gym cause I had always been strong with my size. Now that I weighed less I could work out more efficiently. Unfortunately I lost majority of my muscle mass while doing keto. I’ve spent the last 7 or so years building strength and recovering what I had lost. I gained weight back but it looks different. I have muscle and am the strongest I have ever been. More recently I wanted to slim down again. I am 260 I would like to lose 60 lbs in the next 2 years. My whole family has used glp and I am sick of battling my hunger justifying that I worked out hard and it’s just fuel and never changing on the scale. This is my Ted talk

Welcome! There's lots of useful info on here. Kudos for the two years of Keto. It was way too restrictive for me and my cholesterol went up. Tirz has been great but I've stalled six months. I've lost 31 lbs and trying to lose at least 20-25 more. I'm looking at Reta now. Good luck!

Thank you. Yes keto was very hard but once you truly got rolling it wasn’t too bad. After a few months you stop thinking about it so much. There has been a ton of info here and I’m trying to take it all in. I’m 3 weeks on RT10 and down 15lbs just trying to be safe and make this stuff affordable. I am spending about 200$ every 4 weeks on this stuff through my guy and it’s annoying. My wife has been on it for 4 months and looks great also she says she feels great! I decided to start as well and quickly doubled the pep bill. So this is the next step is learning the market.
