My fitness path began back in 2018, when I weighed 325lbs. Back then, I had no awareness of Glp-1 options. I had grown tired of the person I had turned into, so I followed keto for 2 years and dropped 90 lbs along the way. Once that weight came off, I felt ready to hit the gym, since I had always carried strength for my size. With less body weight, I figured I could train more effectively. Sadly, keto cost me most of my muscle mass. Over the past 7 or so years, I have focused on building strength and regaining what was lost. The weight came back, but it shows up differently now. I have muscle, and I am stronger than I have ever been. Lately, I have wanted to get leaner once more. I am 260 and hope to shed 60 lbs across the next 2 years. Everyone in my family has turned to glp, and I am tired of fighting my appetite, telling myself I trained hard and it is only fuel, while the scale never moves. That is my Ted talk

Glad to have you! This place is packed with helpful material. Respect for sticking with Keto for 2 years. Personally it felt far too limiting, and my cholesterol climbed. Tirz has worked well for me, though I've been stuck for 6 months. So far I'm down 31 lbs, with a goal of dropping at least another 20-25. I'm currently checking out Reta. Best of luck!

Thanks. Keto definitely wasn't easy, but after you build momentum it gets more manageable. Give it a few months and thoughts about food fade into the background. I've been soaking up a lot of information on here and I'm still working through all of it. I'm 3 weeks into RT10 and have dropped 15lbs, just trying to stay cautious and keep costs down. Every 4 weeks I'm paying roughly 200$ to my guy for this, which gets frustrating. My wife has used it for 4 months and looks fantastic, plus she reports feeling fantastic! I chose to begin too, which quickly made the pep expense twice as high. So the next move is getting familiar with the market.
