Hello All,
Eager to read along and join in. By way of introduction: my background is biochemistry, and these days I work in US healthcare. I'm honestly one of the old school crowd — lucky enough to have been in a small group of like minded people who built out applications for several peptides that are mainstream today. Back around 2007 we were still working out how to even request the right peptide sequences, arguing with labs to get proper synths done, and more or less optimising the best protocols for using them. On certain peptides I carry what today would be called “esoteric” knowledge, and even now, nearly 20 years on, I run into plenty of misunderstandings — sometimes I speak up, though it can feel like talking into the wind.
Seeing any of this reach the mainstream is a slightly surreal feeling, but the more the merrier!
Appreciate your time.
