Hey all. For the past 2 weeks I've been browsing this forum, and I came across it through tips shared on Reddit. Russia is where I'm from. Right now I'm using the official Sejaro—Russia's version of Mounjaro, produced with Chinese Tirz. The weight isn't coming off very fast. My goal is to drop 12-14 kg. I'm thinking about moving to a gray Tirz/Reta.
