Hey everyone! I'm in SoCal, a bit on the older side, and still pretty fresh to all of this. Since the start of the new year I've been running Reta, and the results have been coming along nicely and steadily. That's basically what pushed me to start exploring peptides.

Right now I'm looking into Epitalon (on Reta I can actually sleep at last!!), Pinealon, and DSIP, all for sleep, plus BPC/TB4 to get me through rehab training for herniated/bulging discs.

There's one real drawback with the BPC/TB4 stack, though: it wiped out the effectiveness of my pain medication. That's a genuine bummer, since it was helping quite a bit with the training, but the training itself brought on more pain, which meant I needed the pain medication. I'm hoping I can figure that out and possibly try it again later on when the pain is that bad, but for now I've quit the stack after 2 weeks.

Once the BPC has stopped interfering with the medication, I plan to begin the SS-31/Mots-C/NAD+ protocol. I'm eager to pick up a lot from people who've been researching longer than me. Appreciate the welcome!

Right now I'm on Mots and NAD, and taking both on the same day felt like too much for me. Once I staggered them, things went much smoother for my body. Figured I'd pass along what I ran into — best of luck with your journey.

Appreciate it — for the NAD, are you pinning IM or subq? I'm holding off until my IM pins arrive so I can get going. Should be a interesting comparison since TruNiagen 500mg tabs have been part of my routine for a while now, but I'm curious whether I'll notice anything different.

And with the Mots, are you dividing it into separate doses or taking the whole thing at once? Thanks!

I recently went through an elective procedure, and my instructions were to stop the BPC/TB a few weeks prior, then hold off restarting until a few days afterward—once I had finished all my pain meds—for the very reason you mentioned: BPC/TB may blunt the effects of pain medication.

Just to add my own experience, I used to struggle with severe herniated discs and sciatica. The BPC/TB combination, I honestly believe, was the only thing that gave me relief and ultimately resolved it.

It also looks like we share something else—I'm planning to begin the SS-31/Mots-C/NAD+ protocol myself, likely sometime in the next month or so.

Once you're up and running on that stack, please share how it goes!

Hi! Another SoCal person here 👋 I'm curious about epitalon for the same purpose, but first I have a huge stash of HGH to finish 😆 welcome!
I’ve been checking out hgh! Just too nervous to place an order, though. Does it get delivered to your place without any problems?

Both go SubQ. I split MOTS-c across 3 days, and on the days I skip MOTS-c I take NAD+ 2x per week, leaving Saturday and Sunday as rest days. Doing them on the same day hit me hard, though I know people who say it never bothered them. My reasoning was that spacing them out would let my body handle it more easily, and that turned out to be true, plus for me the energy from each one holds more evenly across the week this way.

Will do! The bright side is that I quit the BPC/TB yesterday, and today my pain levels are really low. It was only 2 weeks that I used it, but it was encouraging to see the effect at least wears off fast in my case.

I'm also asking myself whether my back saw any drop in inflamation. My injections went into the upper buttocks, lower back region, since L4,L5-S1 is where my issues sit. I was definitleiy noticing help with DOMS from my training, but the nerve pain was a bit too much with medication not doing its job.

Up to now, a buddy handed me my peptides face to face. I haven't had hgh delivered to my home yet... A number of sellers on this site offer it, so I'd guess it's not a big problem

This is really useful. I'm looking to include nad alongside my motsC. My thinking is it's better to stagger them while the body adjusts. Thanks. Wishing you a safe journey
