Nice to meet you.

I'm 33 years old, male, and I've been involved in sports for practically my entire life. At times it was more, at times less. Lately it's been on the lower side.

My first experience with Test E was around age 20, though I continued it for more than a year. Overall it went fine, and I haven't used steroids since.

Not long ago I discovered peptides, and I've now been on reta for close to 3 weeks.

I'm planning to start Test E again, and I even read that subcutaneous injection is possible.

Much has changed since back then, and I'm keen to hear your advice and experiences.

Best regards

It could be worth looking at posts from others before anything else; chances are the answer you need is already in them.

Welcome!

It sounds like you have a strong history with training, and now you're easing back into it — plenty of folks on here find themselves in that same situation.

It's good that Reta has already been in the picture for a few weeks, so you can see how your body reacts before introducing anything new.

Should you choose to add Test back in, the main piece of advice you'll come across (and it's worth following) is:

👉 avoid altering too many factors simultaneously

That way, it becomes much simpler to tell what is really responsible for what.

A lot has changed since the old days, so giving yourself time to relearn is a wise approach.

Glad you're here 👍
