Hi all. I figured I'd write a quick note to say hello and tell you a bit about me. Not sure if this will get any eyeballs.

I'm 35 years old, and for the last few years my ability to concentrate, my motivation, and my memory have been getting worse and worse. I was carrying extra weight and assumed that was the root of it, so I overhauled my habits and what I eat and dropped more than 80lbs, yet the struggle is still there.

Since I'm brand new to all of this, the sheer amount of information out there left me feeling completely lost, and I didn't have a clue where to begin. After spending many days and countless hours digging around, I was fortunate enough to come across this community.

I can't wait to chat with others and pick up more knowledge.

Like I mentioned before, cognitive problems and a shrinking sex drive are really weighing on me. What I'm after is a fix, and I won't just stand by while I deteriorate, I genuinely want to become the best version of myself. My hope is that this community can assist me with that.

I'm glad to be here and eager to learn more!

I'm in the same boat. Getting older and trying to find assistance with weight and recovery. TRT is what I use for sex drive, but it didn't do anything for the cognitive problems we're dealing with. Learning a new skill takes me forever these days, I swear.

Hey Cappy. A few of those problems are familiar to me too. People keep telling me it's just part of getting older, but I don't buy it. Getting older is fine—getting old is not something I'll accept. Keeping weight in check is useful, yet there's always room for more progress. Keep pushing ahead, brother!

Welcome! I get what you mean about the cognitive issues, but tirz has made a huge difference for me, so hopefully it will help you as well! Keep researching and good luck!

You're definitely not by yourself! The amount of information can feel huge, so divide it into smaller, more manageable pieces. Focus on just 1 peptide, learn about it, and then continue to the next. Wishing you the best of luck!

You share the same situation as every other newcomer. It can feel like a lot. You simply need to give it time, go through the material, look into things, and pose questions.

I'm just starting out too, but this forum has been a huge help for me

Hi and welcome! It's great that you came across this community. You're certainly not the only one — many folks here have gone through similar things. I hope you can get useful information and support from this space!

Knowing there are people dealing with the same things I am is a huge relief. It shows we aren't facing this by ourselves!

My plan is to give selank a shot, and after that possibly semax, in the hopes it improves my focus and memory, since right now both are pretty bad. As for the sex drive issue, I still haven't worked that one out 🙁 Kisspeptin didn't do the full job for me the way it apparently has for other people. Hopefully the two of us can dig up some answers around here

I appreciate you getting back to me. Semax is something else I'm considering trying. Checking out various sources has been a real nightmare. Knowing I'm not by myself in this is such a relief! Thanks for taking the time to respond!

I really appreciate you getting back to me. Simply knowing that others are dealing with the same thing has taken a massive weight off my shoulders.

I appreciate the response — knowing I'm not the only one in this situation helps a lot. Most days it feels like I'm stuck repeating the same cycle.

Appreciate the response. I'll be sure to check out tirz — before coming across this, semax was the only thing I'd been researching. Thanks for sharing!

Welcome aboard! Dropping 80+ lbs is a huge milestone — seriously impressive. The way you're continuing to hunt for solutions rather than throwing in the towel speaks volumes.

You've come to the right spot. Plenty of well-informed folks around here are glad to lend a hand. Best of luck as you keep going, and I hope the answers you need turn up soon!

Honestly, if cognitive problems are hitting you hard at 35, get medical help. Peptides shouldn't be the starting point. At your age, you shouldn't be dealing with that.

I did go. An MRI was done not long ago, plus extensive bloodwork and other tests. From what they tell me, all results came back within normal range.

Hey there, and welcome aboard! I'm a 34yr old man dealing with much the same stuff. My cognitive problems trace back to a TBI that happened a few years back. I also had hypogonadism, and for a while I was using TRT, but since I hoped to have kids, I stopped the test because of how it can hurt fertility.

A male health clinic put me on enclomephine, and it genuinely boosted my levels while not affecting my swimmers. Now I've got my 2 girls, and I'm satisfied enough with what enclomephine did rather than IM test that I haven't returned to that approach.

I began Tirz mainly for weight loss, though it assisted me in plenty of other ways too—more of a general wellness thing, and I feel fantastic at the moment.

Out of that enthusiasm I started looking into more, and I incorporated Semax, which gave me focus and motivation resembling what I had before the TBI. There is a ton to pick up and a lot of upside to researching and exploring. Have fun with the community and soak up everything you can!

Glad you're here in this warren of discovery! The field of peptides is truly fascinating when it comes to study and advancement! There's a great deal to absorb, so pace yourself and try not to feel too swamped!
