I've been reading here quietly for quite a while, yet what I've picked up from this community has been worth so much. Without all of you, I honestly don't know where I'd be. Since December of 2025, I've dropped 30 pounds. Thanks to GLP-1s, the boost in my quality of life has been incredible. No more knee pain, more energy, and sleep is fantastic. My mood and overall wellbeing have gotten better too. I don't know where I'd be without this.
