Hey everyone,

I'm from Austria but my work and life are in Switzerland, so it's great to be part of this group. My initial peptudes order got held up i and I'm waiting on a replacement, though I did manage to get a few from Poland into Austria without any customs issues...). I only looked into the rules afterwards, I have to say, and I was taken aback (and pretty appalled) at how strict rulesseem to be. If I'm not competing in sports, why should they care whether I use some TB500/BPC to help my foot's chronic inflamation heal? Anyway...

My main interests here are health and cognition.

Catch you later,

F

PS: I honestly can't figure out what prohibited content I'm apparently trying to post. After 5 minutes of tweaking I'm just going to trim most of it... 😀

Hi!

I'm new here too, and at this moment I'm dealing with the very same issue. 😀

Customs has my shipment held up, and I'm at a loss about what to do. My hope is that by not declaring it, it will just be destroyed or returned.

Wishing you the best of luck,

Cheers!

I could have turned it down through the post... Yet a cutoff date existed, and once that passed, it was allegedly returned.

That's useful to know — my plan is to let the customs deadline lapse without declaring the package, so it gets returned. How did things go for you at customs? In my case I could just skip sending any payment proof, which is a bit of a hassle. Any updates on the reshipment?

Edit: Did you switch to another address, another shipping company, or both?

My very first order from China also got stuck, sitting at the same stage for roughly 27 days. I checked with AI, which told me it's typical for a Chinese shipment headed to the EU to be held up for about 20-30 days, so I left it alone. Still, once day 27 came around I reached out to the seller, and they sent a replacement that arrived in about 8 days

Since my parcel is held up in Switzerland, I'm now waiting for the "resend" (from one of the better-known vendors here) to arrive in Germany. From what I hear, getting things into the EU is simpler as well. Still, a small shipment from Choina did manage to get through. I'd mention which vendor succeeded and so on, but sharing that isn't permitted for me at this point. 😀

So am I right in thinking that your initial order went straight to Switzerland? This time around, are you having it sent somewhere else?

Wishing you the best of luck!

Yep. That route appears to be more complicated, likely because they bring items into the EU in bulk and dispatch from within it. As for Germany, my package is apparently already in DHL's hands, so all that's left is for me to travel there and collect everything. 🙂

Sorted it out — my dad went and got it.

If you're located somewhere in Austria, there's a route I figured out: send it to Germany with barely any identifying info, then get it moved onward to a "myflexbox" station. That only works around Innsbruck, though.

Hey there, it's been a while! Everything turned out fine—I managed to refuse the DHL parcel. It got sent back and then re-sent using another method.
