Cheer up @Smiter — perhaps you're the one exception we'd hand a hall pass to so you can hop into the mischief with us lol! And honestly, growing up I was a total tom boy / raised on a farm. Digging around in the dirt / horseback riding / dirt bikes were my thing, though I also adored getting dressed up. Truthfully, even back then, befriending boys always came more naturally! Because whenever we disagreed / got angry, we'd settle it with a scrap and then everything was totally fine / done with lol 😆. That's usually not (clearly not the rule for every female, I'm aware. & please, nobody get their panties in a twist over this 😜) the way things play out with the same s*x as me… 🤔
Hall Pass. Is that the movie where the girl is in the bathroom sneezing and........... 🤢
Oh emm gee 😳 That totally slipped my mind — and that Sheeze (💩 + 🤧) moment too 🤣

Now I'm thinking golden ticket might be the better option lol!

A relative of mine deals with Hashimotos, so reading this has been genuinely fascinating. I plan to check with him whether he has ever explored this option. Thanks for sharing this!

Hey everyone! Kristin here….33, raising four kids on my own, and I work in tech with companies like Microsoft/ Micron/ Nvidia. My Reta journey began on March 2, 2026, and I’ve already dropped 21 lbs. I’m dealing with Hashimoto’s (not on medication) along with other autoimmune conditions, and after putting on 40+ lbs over two years, my main goal is to feel at home in my body again.

So happy to join this community, pick up tips from all of you, and support one another! ♥️
Awesome job! My mother tried sema, and she's on tirz now — her RA symptoms have improved a lot. It's incredible how much the inflammation has gone down!
