hey everyone!

spent a while reading without posting, and now i want to pitch in on the forums by writing about what i've tried for myself and for my parents, who deal with several conditions (mostly obesity) 😒

on top of sharing my own history with different meds and suppliers, i'm really keen to pick up tips on how people here manage the unwanted effects that come with GLP-1's

i've come across plenty of "solutions", but a lot of them are guesswork and simply don't help, so i'm just here to build up what i know 😎

what's the way to move up in rank? i've looked around but can't locate anything—everywhere i turn it says just make an intro and it'll happen eventually

on top of that i'm unable to post or comment anywhere, so i'm pretty puzzled 😅
 
Those figures need to go up, sir. They're still at rookie level.

A good first step is to leave a comment on the posts of other new arrivals.

Just so you know - the intro at the start spells out the consequence each time you bring this up. Promotion gets pushed back.

From what I understand, you need to keep engaging on the introduce yourself page until your numbers rise a bit, and only after that will you be allowed to take part in other sections of the forum.
