First time posting an intro here. I'm a 53-year-old guy, and I've been lifting weights off and on from age 15. I'm reasonably fit, but I wanted assistance to finally shed roughly 20 points of inflammation water plus fat. My routine involves strength work combined with a bit of CrossFit and walking.

A week ago I began r3ta at .5/wk. I'm stacking tesa .5 and ipa .25 Monday through Friday.

My diet is already pretty clean, though weekends used to be binge days. Now I don't even think about food much—I'm prioritizing protein and water, and making myself eat carbs.

A perk that gets too little attention is the osteoarthritis pain relief. My c5 and c7 have fused, and for years I've dealt with nerve irritation in the rhomboids, mid trap, and scapula region, plus sciatica that wrecks my sleep. Honestly, just 3 days in and I'm noticing a big difference.

Glad you're here! That's awesome to hear! This forum is packed with knowledge. The community is fantastic too! Enjoy digging in!

Welcome! I'm in a similar situation — Saturday and Sunday basically turn into one long cheat day for me. Having work Monday through Friday probably helps, since it keeps the noise and idle hours away. For me, the hardest part is what happens after dark: I can avoid junk all day long, yet once night comes I stop making smart choices about what I put in my body. It's been tough, but my goal is to break those bad habits and become a healthier version of myself.
