Hi Grumpy1, which glps1 did you use? Are you still on it? You wanna share you sucesses or problems, or didnt you have any problems?

Currently running retatrutide sides are much less have had great success shredding some excess fat i have lost around 12kg but also gained a heap of muscle
Been looking into carg would like to give that a go as well

With semaglutide nausea bad constipation looking at food made me feel sickANewWay said:

Can still eat with retatrutide but food noise is reduced no cravings for sweets etc
