I've been using peptides for a long time. My weight went from 290 down to 205 as of my latest check. Sema, tirz, and reta are all things I've given a try. For the past few months, reta has been what I'm on. Hoping that when I hit the slopes snowboarding again, my knees won't be grinding...

Welcome. What has reta been like for you versus those other 2? I've got mine coming. This will be my first go with any kind of peps.

Glad you're here — it's great to have someone else with real experience joining us! I'm eager to hear what you have to share and what tips for doing well you'll bring to the whole forum. Getting rid of that extra weight brings so many victories that don't show up on a scale. Have fun out there snowboarding!

Yoo! Snowboarding is something I've been meaning to try. Living in Colorado without ever having gone.. lol I need to actually get out there

Sema gave me a decent amount of discomfort — light cramping that showed up pretty steadily. Tirz, on the other hand, did its job nicely; at first it may have even edged out Ret when it came to quieting appetite. In the end I stopped Tirz abruptly while at the max dose, because insurance and the doctor's office kept bouncing me around about coverage. Coming off that max dose didn't bring any problems, aside from hunger making its comeback (tm). Ret took a bit longer to kick in for appetite control, but it ultimately matched what Tirz had done, and it's worked out really well. Roughly half the weight I lost came from Ret, and the other half from Tirz.
