Hey everybody!
I live in London, UK.
Everything I’ve been through so far is pretty fresh — it was a couple of months back that I began Retatrutide.
Food noise and snacking I couldn’t control have always been a huge struggle for me. Right now I’m still at just 2mg/week (my starting dose was 0.5mg, then titrated upward), yet the results are exactly what I hoped for! I belong to the group of people who would never, not in a million years, have pictured themselves as someone who could make the food noise disappear. Since I work from home, I used to snack and eat every day just because I was bored or because the chance was there — none of that happens anymore.
On top of that, I get the sense that a lot of other good things are happening, for example I no longer bite my nails. Could that be connected to changes in the dopamine pathway, I wonder?
Being here makes me really glad, and I’m looking forward to keeping on learning and getting to know people who are on a journey like mine. All the resources available here are something I’m thankful for!
