Seattle, WA: music, coffee, aeronautics, craft beer, and trees all came from here — at least that's the claim you'll hear. Mainly from people who live in Seattle. We're also known for terrible driving!
My reasons for starting GLPs were largely vanity-driven....though as a middle aged guy, 15-20 over the limit on those ridiculous charts, I could also point to genuine health justifications. Not that I owed anyone an explanation, obviously. Next month marks a year for me, and I'm loving it. I'm around 145-ish, down from 175-ish, which FWIW is 10 below what I'd always considered my "young man in his prime" weight. Feeling great! Honestly the number on the scale could not matter less to me. It just feels good moving around the world lighter. Plus, worrying about losing muscle mass has pushed my weight training up several notches....at 58, I'm finally a gym rat!
3 months on Semaglutide, Terz from then on...I only found out grey options existed in October, and I'm eager to discuss that once I've got my full member badge!
what else? I dunno. Like and subscribe!
