35 now, and loader operator is the job I've held these past three years. Before that, friable asbestos removal—good, clean family fun.
The kids are co-parented, and I want to get into proper training — as much to set them a good example as to avoid ending up a fat kent.
February was my starting point, at 116 kg. These days I'm around 95 kg, helped along by 5 mg of Reta weekly.
Advice of any kind is welcome, and I'll more than likely ask questions an educated person would call incredibly dumb. Go gently—or don't. I'm sure I'll survive.
