Hey everyone.
I spend a lot of time in fitness communities and compete in athletic events around the world. I'm not on this forum because I'm fat or overweight, but I do use peptides and other supplements to get the most out of my performance. After lurking for a bit, I figured it was time to sign up.
Right now I'm chasing nice clean, lean gains.
To give some background on me: I'm a 5'11 male, around 165lbs, and I hover between 10-12% body fat. I run strong, lift every day, and my cardio and overall health markers are excellent.
About 5-7 years ago I was 45 pounds heavier, with less muscle and clearly more body fat, maybe ~20% — never actually measured BF back then so I'm not sure. I got into running and cycling and it became a hobby... my highest weight was about 200
As I've gotten older, I just don't have the genetics to keep body fat low, and my body never really dropped below about 15% BF. I ran some reta for a couple months and it just fell off, got down to 150lbs at 10-12% bf and it's stayed off since. These days I've added a lot more lifting into my training and put on about 10lbs of lean muscle over the last 2 months or so
What I'm into right now is sports enhancing peptides. Stuff that impacts growth hormones (ipa/cjc/ghrp/hgh), recovery (bpc-157, tb-500), and the occasional reta for a cut cycle,.
Looking forward to adding to the discussions and sharing helpful tips for people working toward their goals.
