Hi everyone,

I'm new here and figured I'd say hello. I'm 22 and I live in Northern Jutland, Denmark.

Since August 2025 I've been on Wegovy, and GLP-1 medications have worked well for me ( 55 lbs down so far on wegovy). I've just made the switch to Retatrutide (my first 1 mg dose was yesterday), and I'm eager to hear from others using it—particularly anyone who has gone from Wegovy to retatrutide.

The reason I joined is to read about experiences, results, side effects, and tips around switching between medications—and just to learn more about this fascinating area in general.

I'm looking forward to reading a lot

A lot of folks in this community are in the same boat as you; I'm confident you'll be able to get the answers you need—they're all super supportive, after all.

While I was backpacking through Germany, I crossed paths with a person from Denmark. I regret not getting their contact info. Right now I’m using trizepatide, and I’m considering a switch to ret.

If you're considering a change, reta is something I'd definitely suggest—my experience with it has been great on both the weight and symptom fronts!
