Hi everyone! I'm 49f, have been using compounded tirz for 6 months, and I'm down 48 lbs. I began with zep until insurance cut it off. I'm interested in learning about other peptides. I feel a bit lost with some goals I have. I have hashimoto and PsA, and I'm hoping to get back better energy, weight, and maybe prevent some loose skin. I've been reading here quietly for roughly a month, and I created my account today.

I too had been using compounded Tirz, and I'm still finishing off the vials from my last order. After researching on this site and other places, I've now gone grey, and I have no intention of returning to compounded. Tirz has been excellent for me, and it seems the same is true for you. 48lbs gone — congratulations!

By simply reading through the other forum sections, I found exactly what I needed. Research thoroughly, and once you think you've researched enough, keep going a bit further. If dosage worries you, reconstitution videos can help confirm you're injecting the correct amount, though ultimately each person's body reacts differently to various peptides, so you'll run into contradictory information now and then — or quite often.

If you're not ready to commit fully, start by buying single vials so you can determine what suits you and what doesn't. Be certain to obtain good-quality BAC water, and ensure you have suitable storage, otherwise you risk damaging your peptides.

Welcome to the forums, and best of luck with your peptide journey!

Hey, I appreciate the info and the conversation! Tirz has been working really well in my case — I've been at 5mg for 5 months now, though eating has been a struggle this past month. I'm considering dropping to 4mg.

Anyway, I've got roughly 8 months of tirzepatide put away, but given what the FDA is up to, that could stretch beyond 8 months if I stop feeding my kids (they're adults now). I have to get ready for the worst-case scenario, and I'm not going to sit around until my supply runs out before I start preparing.

To be upfront, I'm not interested in purchasing just 1 vial. What I really want is to learn the whole process first. After that, I'll commit to a kit or 2 and handle testing.

Peptides for inflammation and joint health are what catch my interest. Tirz does wonders for appetite, but my PsA inflammation didn't improve at all. So I've got plenty of time before I buy anything.
